Katie Rose Cottage Hospice is a community-driven service. The community provides the majority of our funding, with Queensland Health contributing around 14%.
The Hospice is a fully-accredited, not-for-profit, 24/7 palliative care service providing for those in our community facing a terminal illness. The service is provided at no cost, however, being a not-for-profit organisation, all donations are gratefully accepted.
The leading practice, end-of-life care is provided by our team of professional, registered nurses, carers and volunteer carers. The entire hospice team works together to ensure the best of care for the guests we have the honour to serve.
